Failure Analysis & Corrective Action (FACA) & Client Reporting

Lead FACA (Failure Analysis and Corrective Action) processes in collaboration with process and machine engineer

Make failure analysis reports and present technical findings to clients.

Suvey cause of problems (process fail and long machine down time) and make FACA report.

(First report is required within 24h after the problem has occurred.)

Failur Analysis: Collect Production data, error record, maintenance record, observe fail module, check machine condition

Then investigate root cause with process and machine engineer.

Corrective Action: Carry out action to fix problem with process and machine engineer. Need to check schedule and follow up until comple.

Monitoring after CA: Check the status if the problem has resolved or not.

Make FACA report and report to customer in meeting.

More than 2 year as FACA engineer ' TOEIC more than 600 point (Ability to read technical documents, handle email correspondence, and conduct business reporting in English.)'
