• Prepare and manage sales contracts and related documentation.
• Arrange shipment bookings and communicate directly with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Follow up on order status, production progress, and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials for customers.
• Support the Key Account Manager in maintaining customer data and preparing sales reports.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male, 24-34 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Import–Export, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Export sales, export sales support
• English communication skills: Can understand and present to foreign clients (Strong Intermediate level)
• Strong organizational, time management, and task coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and CRM systems).
• Analytical Skills to review sales data, track performance, and identify issues or opportunities.
