Contact shipping lines/coloader to get booking as customer ‘s request

Monitor and assist customers with empty container pickup, cargo stuffing into containers, and full container gate-in before the deadline specified in the booking note

Prepare and check full set of export documents (Booking, HBL, MBL, Invoice, Packing List, AMS, ISF…) for shipments to the USA.

Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments to follow up and handle export shipments.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of AMS/ISF in compliance with US customs regulations.

Monitor vessel schedules, cargo status, and update shipment progress to customers.

Handle documentation issues (e.g. incorrect commodity names, HS codes, missing documents, late submission).

Work with accounting, logistics dept to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.

Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

College or university degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics

At least

1 year of experience in export documentation, preferably with shipments to the USA.

Strong understanding of export procedures, especially AMS and ISF filing.

Good command of English, especially in email and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.

Able to work under pressure and handle tasks independently.
