• Lead the development, management, and optimization of the Credit Card product portfolio to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and customer behavior, and propose new product features, benefits, and value propositions to enhance competitiveness.

• Design and enhance customer journeys, operating procedures, product policies, and guidelines related to Credit Card products.

• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives and enhancements.

• Monitor and analyze product performance, identify business opportunities, and recommend improvement initiatives to drive portfolio growth and customer engagement.

• Participate in product development, digital transformation, and process automation projects related to Credit Card business.

• Develop product documentation and provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for relevant stakeholders.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking or financial services, with solid hands-on experience in Credit Card product development, management, or portfolio optimization.

• Strong understanding of Credit Card business, including product lifecycle management, portfolio performance metrics, customer spending behavior, and key growth drivers for card acquisition, activation, and usage.

• Proven experience in developing or enhancing Credit Card products, features, policies, benefits, and customer value propositions.

• Good knowledge of the card industry, card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.), and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business performance, generate customer insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management, project management, problem-solving, and product thinking capabilities.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
