• Proactively identify and approach potential clients, including corporate clients, event agencies, wedding planners, and other relevant prospects.
• Receive and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, website, and other communication channels.
• Understand clients’ needs, recommend suitable event spaces and service packages, prepare and send quotations.
• Conduct site inspections, show clients around the event venues, and introduce available facilities and equipment.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and support the closing and signing of contracts.
• Prepare detailed event briefs and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Provide on-site support during events and assist in handling any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate post-event inspections, finalize additional charges, and follow up on outstanding payments.
