Job Description

Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as social media pages, newsletter, and regular email announcements, radio.

Assist in brainstorming and developing internal communications events.

Maintain database of and relationship with the internal team.

Assist related paperwork and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

Meticulous, resourceful and good organization skills

Good computer skills including proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, recording programs such as Adobe Audition with the ability to learn new programs quickly

Ability to multi-task

Strong verbal and written (in both English and Vietnamese) communication skills

Proactive, sense of humor and creative

Have talent such as MC, arts, photography, etc. is a plus

Able to work full-time from Monday to Friday
