Electrical Design Engineer- Nhân viên Thiết kế điện

Our company is a 100% French-owned shipbuilding company located in Nha Be District, HCMC. We are recruiting an Electrical Design Engineer
*JOB TASKS
-        Prepare and develop electrical design drawings, including internal lighting systems, navigation lights, main switchboards, distribution boards, cable systems, cable trays, and other electrical installations.
-        Make calculation to define equipment
-        Perform electrical load calculations to determine the appropriate electrical equipment and components for the design.
-        Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs from engineering drawings for cost estimation and procurement by the Purchasing Department.
-        Prepare technical specifications, requests for quotation (RFQs), and/or purchase requisitions for electrical equipment and materials.
-        Make sure the technical documenttation available is up to date
-        Follow-up the regulation evolution
-        Participate in vessel testing, commissioning, and sea trials to verify the performance and compliance of electrical systems.
-        Remains aware of the latest technological innovation and working methods
-        Report work progress and project status to the Design Manager

- University's degree in naval architecture, Electrical Engineering, Industrial electricity, electrical-electronics, or related fields
- English: communication, reading, writing, intermediate level
- Strong communication, able to work under pressure, critical thinking, detail-oriented, continuous learner, hardworking.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software and MS Word, Excel. Able to use See ELECTRICAL V3R7, Cadmatic is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
