• Create, promote and nurture a robust health & safety culture

• Ensure EH&S group activities within Vinfast's Operations, including Safety, Workers Compensation, Injury Management and Medical Services

• To provide accurate and up to date OHS advice to key stakeholders within Vinfast's Operations and to perform EH&S related activities as directed by the Manufacturing Engineering Director

• To communicate out and to facilitate the implementation of the Vinfast EHS Policy, Vision, Mindsets, Standards and Objectives in primary customer areas

• To foster and maintain excellent relationships between customers and the Prevention function in Vinfast's Operations

• To coach and mentor lead key operational & functional department managers towards exemplary EHS performance

• To coordinate the reporting and interpretation of EHS outcome and process EHS KPI’s within Vinfast's Operations

• To support/ oversee the identification, assessment of workplace hazards and the recommendation of risk controls

• To support the investigation of incidents and disseminate learning’s from these

• To coordinate and participate in the investigation of serious incidents

• Ensure the reporting of notifiable incidents to the WorkCover Authority and participate in subsequent field visits by the VWA Inspectorate

• Contribute to the networking of EHS learning’s across Vinfast's operations

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree in relevant majors; at least 3 year experience related to the job

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Excellent system organisation skills (Medico Legal, Business, Communication, Information Technology)

• Advanced Occupational health counselling and assessment skills

• Demonstrated success in Workers Compensation Case Management and Analysis

• Proven ability to provide Safety Management, / Vocational Rehabilitation / Injury Management/ and Occupational Health Coordination services at high level proficiency

• Advanced level of computer literacy and competency within many business applications including the Microsoft Office suite of programs: e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project. Demonstrated skills in developing, maintaining and managing the use of safety data systems including the Figtree WC System, Infosafe MSDS management system etc
