ABOUT THE FIRGI VIETNAM TEAM

At FIRGI Vietnam, we develop the business through two main teams

• Growth Team
• Focuses on expanding revenue and optimizing growth for products that have already proven their market potential.
• Discovery Team
• Focuses on identifying new opportunities, testing new products, and discovering the brand’s next growth drivers.
• This position belongs to the Discovery Team. You will directly participate in building and driving growth for new products in the Vietnam market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with the HQ Product Research Team to identify and develop potential products for the Vietnam market.
• Build go-to-market and early-stage growth strategies for new products.
• Set KPIs and evaluate Product–Market Fit.
• Manage and optimize Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Build and execute KOC/KOL and Affiliate strategies.
• Analyze advertising, sales, and customer behavior data to improve performance.
• Identify products with the potential to become future key growth drivers for FIRGI.

• During the hiring process, we would love to hear about the products or brands you have worked on, the strategies you implemented, the budgets or campaigns you managed, and the key results you achieved.
• Examples may include revenue growth, ROAS, CAC/CPA improvement, conversion rate improvement, GMV contribution, or KOC/KOL/Affiliate-driven sales.
• This will help us better understand how you approach growth in practice and how you turn strategy into measurable business results.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• We are not looking for someone who only operates an e-commerce store.
• We are looking for someone who can turn a new product into a real growth case — and prove it with data.
• If you have launched or grown products, managed ads, worked with KOC/KOL or Affiliate channels, and can explain your results with clear numbers, we would love to meet you.

• REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of experience with Shopee or TikTok Shop.
• Experience directly developing products or brands.
• Hands-on experience running Shopee Ads or TikTok Ads.
• Experience working with KOC/KOL, Affiliate, or Creator Commerce.
• Basic English communication skills; fluent English is a plus in an international working environment.
• Growth mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Proactive, execution-oriented, and able to work independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Mother & Baby, Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industries.
• Experience with TikTok Affiliate or Livestream Commerce.
• Experience developing products from the early stage.
• Experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia e-commerce markets.
