1. Manage eCommerce campaign execution with scheme operation preparation, landing page implementation and DDay follow up and reporting • Shop in Shop Product Listing, Setup • Tracking PO with EC team to ensure stock availability before campaign, fill stock after campaign • Campaign check-in at 0 - 2am of monthly Double day, 15, 25, mega, brand campaigns to track realtime sell-out vs plan • Able to executing & operating activities on Shopee platform/ Tiktok Platform • Tracking competitor movement 2. Stock management & gift storage and delivery monthly to distributor and internal warehouse • Manage gift stock for Ecom & pre-order request • Deliver gift request for Ecom platforms • Stock report consolidate • Cooeprate with booking team to execute & operate activities with top KOLs in Mega campaigns 3. Smooth paperwork operation • Contract follow up & sign • Payment Follow up (GR, Documents,…) 4. Monitor rating & review and CS to contribute to the increasing of sales conversion onsite
Graduate Business Administration, Marketing Management, E-commerce or related majors... At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operating (Shopee/Tiktok). Familiar with beauty category, personal care, technology, oral care is a plus
