We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for an E-Commerce Purchasing Specialist to manage supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure smooth stock flow. Your decisions will directly impact business performance, product strategy, and operational efficiency across our global e-commerce network.

What You'll Do:

1. Supplier Management & Product Sourcing

• Analyze supplier offers to identify cost-effective and high-potential products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with suppliers to ensure optimal margins.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term supplier relationships for stable collaboration.

2. Order & Stock Management

• Place and track purchase orders to maintain a healthy and timely product flow.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Keep records of purchase orders and supplier transactions for tracking and reporting.

3. Issue Handling

• Resolve order discrepancies or shipment issues with suppliers and relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick, practical solutions when issues arise.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management ability.
• Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (on-site).
• Probation Period: 2 months
