Tuyển dụng E-Commerce Operations Executive (Korean/English) tại Hà Nội

- Manage and operate the company's online stores on Shopee, Qoo10, Naver Store, and other international e-commerce platforms.

- Sell official K-pop albums, lightsticks, photocards, and merchandise on online platforms

- Monitor upcoming product release schedules and plan product listings accordingly.

- Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory management with the Korean team.

- Manage products, promotional campaigns, pre-orders, and customer support.

- Provide customer service through the company's online chat channels.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proficiency in Korean or English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

- Knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage.

- Experience in the K-pop industry or a passion for Korean pop culture is a plus.

- Candidates with at least one year of work experience are preferred.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Candidates with potential but no prior work experience are welcome. Training will be provided.

- Willingness to travel for business or work at the company's Korean office when required.
