1. Job Overview

In response to our continued business expansion, we are seeking a skilled Drafter (Modeller) with a background in Structural or Civil Engineering to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 2D drawings and 3D models to support building projects. This role requires close collaboration with structural engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables meet applicable technical standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.

2. Job description

• Create and develop accurate, detailed 2D and 3D models based on design drawings, sketches, and engineering calculations;

• Collaborate with structural engineers and architects to interpret and implement design requirements;

• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications;

• Revise and update models/drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and clients;

• Maintain well-organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project records;

• Support the team with other tasks as assigned by Manager or Director.

3. Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related fields;

• Experience in drafting or 3D modeling;

• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD or Tekla;

• Strong attention to detail with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset;

• Good English communication skills.

Location: The Orchard Parkview, 130–132 Hong Ha, Duc Nhuan Ward, HCMC (formerly Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch break: 12:00 – 1:00 PM)
