A. Digital Portfolio Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze the overall performance of the Digital Bank portfolio across key dimensions including customers, products, balances, transactions, revenue and profitability.

• Develop portfolio performance frameworks and management dashboards covering key business KPIs such as:

  Active customers / MAU

  Digital engagement and transaction frequency

  CASA / deposit balances and AU

  Product holding / product penetration

  Revenue / TOI / PBT / profitability per customer

  Customer acquisition, activation and retention

  Cross-sell / upsell performance

• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify key drivers behind portfolio growth or underperformance.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve portfolio performance.

B. Customer & Behavioral Analytics

• Analyze customer behavior across the Digital Bank ecosystem to understand how customers acquire, activate, engage, transact, purchase products and churn.
• Develop customer segmentation based on customer value, digital behavior, transaction behavior, product holding and engagement level.

• Identify behavioral patterns and triggers that indicate opportunities for:

  Next-best-product / next - best - actio 

  Cross-sell and upsell

  Balance growth

  Engagement enhancement

  Retention / churn prevention

• Develop customer lifecycle analytics across Acquisition → Activation → Engagement → Monetization → Retention.
• Identify high-potential customer cohorts and provide recommendations for personalized customer treatments.

C. Product & Portfolio Analytics

• Analyze performance of Digital Bank products and propositions including deposits, CASA, payments, cards, lending and other digital financial solutions.
• Evaluate product penetration, adoption, utilization, balance, revenue and profitability across different customer cohorts.
• Identify opportunities to improve product propositions, pricing, customer journeys and product placement on Digital Bank
• Support Product Owners in defining business cases and quantifying potential financial impact of new products, features and policies.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch analysis to evaluate whether new features and products deliver expected customer and financial outcomes

D. Funnel & Customer Journey Analytics

• Build and monitor end-to-end digital funnels across key customer journeys, including: Traffic → Login → Product View → Application → Completion → Activation → Usage
• Identify drop-off points and customer friction across Digital Bank journeys.
• Analyze conversion rates by customer segment, channel, campaign and product.
• Work closely with Product, UX/CX and Digital Sales teams to recommend improvements to customer journeys and conversion.
• Measure the impact of journey enhancements through before/after analysis and A/B testing

E. Data, Dashboard & Analytics Capability

• Define and maintain a standardized Digital Bank KPI framework and ensure a single source of truth for portfolio performance.
• Develop automated dashboards and management reports for daily, weekly and monthly performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data / EDA / Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, availability and analytical capabilities.
• Promote self-service analytics and reduce dependency on manual reporting.
• Leverage advanced analytics, AI and predictive models to improve customer targeting and portfolio optimization.

F. Business Insights & Stakeholder Management

• Translate complex data into clear business insights, recommendations and actions.
• Prepare portfolio performance reviews and strategic deep - divives for Digital Bank management and senior leadership.
• Work closely with Product, Segment, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Risk, CX, Data and Technology teams.
• Act as the analytical partner for Digital Bank business teams in identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities.

A. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics or related disciplines
• 3–5+ years of experience in Banking, Fintech, Digital Banking, Portfolio Management, Business Analytics, Customer Analytics or related areas.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and customer economics.
• Experience in customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, funnel analytics, campaign analytics and business performance management is preferred.
• Experience working with large customer and transactional datasets is highly desirable.
