• Build, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms for global mobile games.
• Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns to acquire high-quality users.
• Plan and execute User Acquisition (UA) strategies, including target audiences, channels, and budgets.
• Write advertising and announcement content in English.
• Work with Design and Video teams on creative ideas and advertising materials.
• Work with advertising partners and networks.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Track and optimize key metrics for websites and digital marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, including Unity Ads, Mintegral, Axon, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
• Experience in creating advertising content (video, images) and analyzing advertising metrics to optimize campaign performance.
• At least 1 year of experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
• Experience leading a small team is preferred.
• Good analytical thinking and experience in optimizing Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AppsFlyer.
• Smart, proactive, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn and work with data.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is an advantage.
• Passion for games and game marketing.
