Participate in the entire game product design and development process.

Design and balance game mechanics and parameters to optimize player experience.

Review and evaluate product quality and features before and after release.

Design the UI/UX of game products.

Participate in game operations by monitoring, analyzing data, and handling issues based on product performance.

Propose solutions to improve game growth and optimize key metrics such as revenue, retention, and other performance indicators.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Art, Dev, Marketing, and other stakeholders, to develop and enhance game products.

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

At least 2 years of experience in the field.

Ability to set structure of rules and system of spending for the game.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the ability and experience to calculate game data, stats to balance the game and its in-game economics.

Know how to use basic unity.

Have basic Photoshop skills.

Creative and rich in game ideas.

Love games, play a variety of games.

Have knowledge of blockchain technology, have experienced in GameFi projects (have played these games)

Ability to evaluate users' taste.

Understand the designs for games on Android and iOS.

Good team work and interpersonal skills.

Ability to express ideas well.
