• Run campaigns. Plan, set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Shopify App Store Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (with senior guidance on the channels you're newer to).
• Optimize daily. Monitor budget pacing, bids, and core metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA); spot opportunities and flag issues early.
• Research keywords. Build and manage keyword lists for Google Search and Shopify App Store search ads; identify gaps and negatives.
• Build audiences. Set up and refine targeting — interest, lookalike, and retargeting on Meta; job-title/company targeting on LinkedIn.
• Test and learn. Draft ad copy, coordinate with content/design on creative, and run/document A/B tests (copy, creative, audiences, landing pages).
• Automate your reporting. Pull performance data and build/maintain your own reporting flows and dashboards (CTR, CPC, CPA, install-to-paid, CAC, ROAS) — using AI tools and automation to move faster.
• Keep things clean. Maintain strict campaign hygiene — consistent naming conventions and accurate UTM tagging across every channel.
• Watch the market. Track competitors' ads, offers, and positioning across channels.
• Stay sharp. Keep up with platform updates and paid-acquisition best practices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2+ year of hands-on performance-marketing experience.
• Proven proficiency running campaigns on both Meta Ads and Google Ads. Ready and eager to learn additional channels (Shopify App Store Ads, LinkedIn Ads) on the job.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up marketing work (e.g. ChatGPT / Claude for copy, research, analysis) and the ability to build your own reporting flows / automations (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Sheets + Apps Script, or similar).
• Analytical mindset and genuine comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Solid written English — you'll read platform documentation and write / review ad copy for a global, English-speaking audience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with data and processes.
• Curious, coachable, and proactive — you ask good questions and take ownership of your work.
