1. Digital Marketing (70%): 

• Set up, manage, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and Google for Parsley's brands. 
• Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to develop content and video assets for performance marketing campaigns. 
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign performance. 
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance through key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CAC, and CVR, while identifying optimization opportunities. 
• Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with business objectives. 

2. Data & Analytics (30%) 

• Collect, consolidate, and standardize marketing and sales data from multiple sources, including digital channels, e-commerce platforms, and financial reports. 
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to provide real-time performance visibility. 
• Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and sales channel effectiveness to generate actionable insights for marketing optimization. 
• Support leadership in Digital Transformation initiatives and AI adoption projects to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing; candidates with experience in Agency or E-commerce environments are preferred. 
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Paid Advertising. 
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics. 
• Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel and SQL. 
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while working toward KPI targets.
