We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive growth across RDS products in the Shopify and Magento ecosystems.

You will own marketing execution across Paid Ads, SEO, campaigns and performance analytics, working closely with Product, CSE, BA and Dev teams to drive traffic, conversion and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Ads: Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns, budget, conversion and ROAS.
• SEO & Organic Growth: Manage keyword research, rankings, organic traffic, on-page SEO and content opportunities; coordinate technical SEO improvements with BA/Dev.
• Campaign Execution: Execute email, promotion, content, re-engagement and landing-page campaigns across Shopify and Magento.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze traffic, conversion, CAC/CPA, ROAS, revenue and attribution; turn insights into actions.
• Growth Experiments: Propose, execute and evaluate experiments to improve acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Market & Customer Insights: Analyze customers, competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, CSE, BA and Dev to execute marketing initiatives.
• Ownership: Proactively identify problems and opportunities, prioritize actions and take ownership of marketing outcomes.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2+ years of Digital/Performance Marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, eCommerce or technology.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO.
• Familiar with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, dashboards and conversion tracking.
• Good understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO and content planning.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Able to work independently, proactively propose improvements and manage multiple priorities.
• Shopify/Magento experience is a strong plus.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing research, analysis and execution is a plus.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Salary: 15 – 22M VND Gross/month, depending on experience and capability.
• KPI Bonus: up to 10% of monthly base salary, based on agreed performance KPIs such as revenue/conversion contribution, Paid Ads efficiency, SEO growth and campaign performance.
