Annam Software is the Vietnam development center of Omnicasa, a Belgian software company building CRM solutions used by hundreds of real estate agencies in Europe.

Our HCMC team develops and operates our web platform, mobile applications, APIs and integrations.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Senior System Engineer to join our infrastructure team and take an important role in running and improving our Linux and Kubernetes environments.

The role

You will work hands-on with our production infrastructure, with a strong focus on Kubernetes, Linux, networking and automation.

This is not a role where you simply follow predefined procedures. We are looking for someone who can investigate problems independently, propose solutions and take ownership of infrastructure from implementation through production.

• You'll work with both our development and infrastructure teams to make sure our systems are reliable, secure and easy to deploy.
• Run and improve our Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, scaling, upgrades and troubleshooting
• Manage and optimize our Linux-based infrastructure
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our web, API and mobile projects
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm and related tools
• Create and maintain Helm charts for application deployments
• Configure and troubleshoot networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancers and firewalls
• Set up and improve monitoring, logging and alerting
• Manage secrets and contribute to infrastructure security and hardening
• Work with developers to containerize and deploy applications
• Automate infrastructure tasks using Bash, Python or similar scripting languages
• Maintain infrastructure configuration using tools such as Puppet
• Work with virtualization environments such as Proxmox and VMware
• Document infrastructure, procedures and troubleshooting steps
• Participate in a predictable on-call rotation for critical infrastructure issues

Your Skills and Experience

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, system engineering or infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS or similar)
• At least 2 years of practical Kubernetes experience, preferably running production environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Helm
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing and load balancing
• Experience with CI/CD, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Ability to write and debug scripts using Bash, Python or similar
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to research and solve problems independently
• Basic working knowledge of English

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with Puppet
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix or similar
• Experience with Vault, Infisical or other secrets-management tools
• Experience with VMware vSphere or Proxmox
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience deploying .NET, Node.js or Next.js applications
• CKA or CKAD certification
