• Tham gia xây dựng và phát triển F88 Cloud Platform (FCP) – nền tảng Cloud nội bộ phục vụ các hệ thống của F88.

• Triển khai, quản trị và vận hành các hệ thống, ứng dụng trên Kubernetes và AWS.

• Tham gia xây dựng các dịch vụ nền tảng trên FCP như Kubernetes, Load Balancer, Database, Kafka, Redis, Object Storage, Logging & Monitoring.

• Xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống CI/CD, GitOps và Infrastructure as Code, tự động hóa quá trình triển khai và vận hành hạ tầng.

• Tham gia thiết kế kiến trúc, triển khai mới, migration và tối ưu workload giữa AWS, On-premise và FCP.

• Xây dựng hệ thống monitoring, logging, alerting; troubleshooting và tối ưu hiệu năng, đảm bảo High Availability, Scalability và Security.

• Ứng dụng AI/AIOps vào quá trình phát triển và vận hành nhằm tăng tốc automation, troubleshooting, phân tích log/metric và tối ưu hoạt động hệ thống.

• Phối hợp với Development, System và Security để chuẩn hóa quy trình triển khai và vận hành hệ thống.

Your Skills and Experience

• Thành thạo Kubernetes, có kinh nghiệm vận hành production; hiểu Deployment, StatefulSet, Service, Ingress, Storage/PVC, RBAC, HPA, Network Policy...

• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế với AWS, đặc biệt các dịch vụ: EC2, EKS/ECS, VPC, ELB, S3, RDS/Aurora, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, API Gateway.

• Thành thạo Linux, Docker/Container và có khả năng troubleshooting hệ thống.

• Có kiến thức tốt về Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, Routing, NAT, Load Balancing, Reverse Proxy, Firewall/Security Group.

• Có kinh nghiệm với Terraform hoặc các công cụ Infrastructure as Code tương đương.

• Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng CI/CD & GitOps với các công cụ như Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Git, Helm.

• Có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống Monitoring/Logging như Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.

• Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm với các platform/middleware phổ biến như Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Object Storage/S3.

• Có khả năng scripting/automation với Shell, Python hoặc Ansible.

• Có khả năng sử dụng các AI Coding/Agent tools trong công việc theo hướng Vibe Coding/AI-assisted Engineering để hỗ trợ viết code/script, Infrastructure as Code, automation, troubleshooting và xây dựng công cụ nội bộ; có tư duy ứng dụng AIOps vào vận hành hệ thống.
