1. RESPONSIBILITY

• Create software deployment strategies that are essential for the successful deployment of software in the work environment, identify and implement data storage methods like clustering to improve the performance of the system.
• Develop self-service solutions for the engineers to deliver software with excellent quality and speed, also be involved in designing and developing scaling strategies, automation scripts, and solutions to implement, streamline, and executing the software.
• Fix escalation issues and conduct post-incident reviews.
• Optimize on-call rotations and processes, manage, and develop monitoring system.
• Toil on reliability and durability measure.
• Manage and develop continuous integration and deployment solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, conduct research, tests, and execute new techniques which could be reused and applied to the software development project.
• Take full responsibility for cloud reliability and provide perfect support to product and project teams
• Manage and develop security strategies and infrastructure, maintain access to cloud and manage permissions to sensitive data, database, and files.

2. ACCOUNTABILITY

• Be responsible for the complete lifecycle of software development, including designing, prototyping, implementation, testing and technical support.
• Design, build, and optimize automation systems that help to execute business system and data infrastructure platforms.
• Share code/service ownership with the software developers.
• Reduce costs of cloud budgets.
• Conduct training sessions to the juniors in the team, and other groups regarding how to build processes, be answerable for the architecture and technical leadership of the complete DevOps infrastructure.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related area (equivalent work experience will be considered).
• 3+ years’ experiences in Kubernetes or EKS.
• A strong communicator who works well in a collaborative environment and an excellent problem-solver.
• Experience in the software development process tools and languages like SaaS, Python, Go, Shell scripting, NodeJS, and Git.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, DBA knowledge preferred!
• Experience in using Linux, Jenkins, and ample experience in configuring and automating the monitoring tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Demonstrate knowledge in handling distributed data systems. Examples: Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Hadoop, and others.
• Excellent knowledge of AWS or other clouds.
• Deep understanding of IoT technologies, Microservices and Cloud.
• Experience in IoT products development is a plus!
• Experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket is a plus!
• Experience in Agile is a plus!
