Development Merchandiser

I. MỤC TIÊU CỦA VỊ TRÍ /OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

1. Phát triển sản phẩm mới đáp ứng chất lượng, giá cả và thời gian/ Develop new products (Garment sample /Trims / Embellishment s/ etc) that meet quality, price and timeline

2. Điều phối toàn bộ quá trình từ phát triển đến khi bàn giao cho bộ phận sản xuất/ Coordinate the complete product development process from Tech Pack receipt until handover to Bulk Merchandising

3. Đầu mối giao tiếp giữa khách hàng, nhà cung cấp và R&D/ Key communication with customers, suppliers and R&D

4. Đảm bảo tất cả mẫu phát triển đúng tiến độ và yêu cầu kỹ thuật/ Ensure all development samples are completed on time based on TNA and meet technical requirements

5. Xây dựng giá thành cạnh tranh thông qua tối ưu vật tư và quy trình sản xuất/ Develop competitive costing through material price optimization and efficient manufacturing solutions

II. MÔ TẢ CÁC NHIỆM VỤ/ TASK DESCRIPTION:

A. Product development:

1. Tiếp nhận Tech Pack, yêu cầu từ khách hàng/ Received TP, request from buyer

2. Nghiên cứu tài liệu, làm rõ các thông tin với khách hàng / Study TP, make clear information

3. Nhận diện rủi ro & đề xuất phương án khắc phục / Identify development risks & Recomment corrective actions

4. Bàn giao thông tin cho sản xuất/ Handover to production team

B. Follow up sample development

1. Lập kế hoạch phát triển mẫu/ Prepare development timeline

2. Theo dõi phản hồi của khách hàng để điều phối các loại mẫu (proto/fit/size set…)/ Track customer comments and condinate all sample types (proto/fit/sizeset,…)

3. Báo cáo tiến độ/ Report status

C. Project Communicate:

1. Làm rõ các thông tin với khách hàng và triển khai mẫu với R&D/ make clear information and work with R&D to proceed sample

2. Làm việc với nhà cung cấp để phát triển, bố trí vật tư/ Work with suppliers to develop/arrange materials

3. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan như QA đảm bào mẫu đúng yêu cầu, chất lượng/ Coordinate cross-functional teams (QA, …) to make sure correction sample

D. Time & quality management:

1. Theo dõi TNA & đảm bảo mẫu đúng tiến độ/ Monitor TNA & make sure sample on time

2. Rà soát mẫu trước khi gửi khách hàng nhằm đảm bảo đáp ứng đầy đủ yêu cầu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và các nhận xét từ các vòng phát triển trước/ Review samples prior to submission to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and comments from previous development stages

3. Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh/ Solve the extra issue

E. Costing & sourcing

1. Làm bảng báo giá ban đầu/ Prepare draft costing sheet

2. Phối hợp với Sourcing, R&D để xác định các cơ hội tối ưu nguyên phụ liệu, quy trình sản xuất và chi phí gia công/ Collaborate with Sourcing, R&D to identify opportunities for optimizing materials, manufacturing processes, and production costs

3. Hỗ trợ thương lượng các vấn đề liên quan đến giá thành với khách hàng và các nhà cung cấp nhằm đạt được giải pháp tối ưu cho cả hai bên / Support costing discussions with customers and suppliers to achieve commercially competitive and mutually beneficial solutions.

TIÊU CHUẨN NĂNG LỰC/ COMPETENCY STANDARDS:

1. HỌC VẤN & KINH NGHIỆM/ EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- 2 years experience in similar capacity

- Bachelor's degree or High school diploma (preference – fashion design, marketing)

2.KIẾN THỨC CHUYÊN MÔN/ PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Knowledge of company policies and professional ethics

- Strong understandin

- Verbal communication (Vietnamese) and (English)
