• Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Sales Manager (Domestic & Export, Food, $1400, ID 21628):
• 1. Sales Team Management & Development
• Directly manage, coach, and develop the sales team; assign sales targets and monitor weekly/monthly KPI performance to ensure target achievement.
• Provide hands-on coaching through field visits with sales staff, guiding customer approaches, technical solution proposals, and closing strategies for key orders.
• Manage customer relationships and credit risks, including credit limits and outstanding receivables.
• Review and assess sales documents, proposals, and business processes before submitting them to the Sales Manager/Head for approval
• 2. Sales Strategy & Business Development
• Drive domestic sales performance and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Develop new customer accounts and formulate sales plans to approach and develop various types of food processing factories.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies and market expansion plans.
• 3. Export Business Support
• Coordinate with the Export Sales team to handle export orders and projects.
• Manage key export customers and monitor order/project progress to ensure timely execution.
• Support the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with international customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male, under 45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food-related companies, preferably dealing with food ingredients, seasonings, food additives, flour, frozen foods, or related products.
• Experience in export business/export operations.
• Experience in sales and product development, with knowledge of R&D, food technology, and fried food products or related categories.
• Good at English
