• Phụ trách end-to-end một số pipeline ETL/ELT (Spark/PySpark, SQL): đưa dữ liệu từ các hệ thống cho vay, khách hàng, giao dịch, thu hồi nợ về nền tảng dữ liệu tập trung, theo kiến trúc do [Lead/Data Architect] định hướng.
• Phát triển các luồng xử lý batch, sau đó tham gia xây dựng các luồng near real-time/streaming theo lộ trình của nền tảng.
• Xây dựng và tối ưu Data Warehouse / Data Mart phục vụ [báo cáo quản trị, dashboard BI, dữ liệu cho phân tích rủi ro tín dụng].
• Tối ưu hiệu năng SQL và các job Spark, bảo đảm dữ liệu sẵn sàng đúng hạn cho báo cáo.
• Thiết lập đối soát số liệu với hệ thống nguồn, monitoring và cảnh báo lỗi. Tham gia xử lý sự cố pipeline.
• Tuân thủ các quy định phân quyền và bảo mật dữ liệu khách hàng.
• Phối hợp với Backend, BI, Data Analyst và Business để chuyển yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành sản phẩm dữ liệu.

Your Skills and Experience

• Có 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm Data Engineering hoặc phát triển dữ liệu.
• SQL tốt: viết truy vấn phức tạp, biết đọc execution plan để tối ưu.
• Đã làm thực tế với Spark / PySpark.
• Sử dụng Python để xây dựng pipeline.
• Hiểu Data Warehouse và Data Modeling (Star Schema, Fact/Dimension).
• Làm việc với ít nhất một RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) và Git

Ưu tiên UV từng làm:

• Kafka hoặc các công nghệ streaming.
• Airflow, dbt.
• Trino/Presto; định dạng Parquet, Iceberg, Delta.
• Cloud.
• Kinh nghiệm trong ngân hàng, tài chính tiêu dùng hoặc fintech.
