• Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu các Data Pipeline ETL/ELT xử lý dữ liệu với khối lượng lớn.
• Tham gia thiết kế và phát triển kiến trúc Data Lakehouse / Data Warehouse.
• Xây dựng các luồng xử lý dữ liệu theo mô hình Batch Processing, Near Real-time và Streaming.
• Làm việc với các nền tảng xử lý dữ liệu phân tán và Big Data như Apache Spark, Kafka hoặc các công nghệ tương đương.
• Thiết kế và tối ưu mô hình dữ liệu phục vụ BI, Reporting, Analytics và Data Mart.
• Làm việc với các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ và/hoặc Distributed Database.
• Phân tích và tối ưu hiệu năng SQL, Data Pipeline và các workload xử lý dữ liệu lớn.
• Xây dựng các cơ chế đảm bảo Data Quality, Data Consistency, Data Lineage và khả năng kiểm soát dữ liệu.
• Xây dựng cơ chế monitoring, logging và xử lý lỗi cho các Data Pipeline.
• Phối hợp với các nhóm Backend, DBA, BI, Data Analyst, Data Scientist và Business để xây dựng các sản phẩm dữ liệu.
• Tham gia đánh giá và lựa chọn công nghệ, framework và giải pháp phù hợp cho Data Platform.
• Tham gia review thiết kế, review code và xây dựng coding/design standards cho đội ngũ Data Engineering.

Your Skills and Experience

• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực Data Engineering / Big Data / Data Platform.
• Có kiến thức tốt về:
• Data Warehouse
• Data Lake
• Data Lakehouse
• Data Mart
• ETL / ELT
• Data Modeling
• Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng hệ thống xử lý dữ liệu lớn sử dụng Apache Spark / PySpark / Spark SQL hoặc công nghệ tương đương.
• Hiểu các nguyên lý của Distributed Database.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với ít nhất một số hệ quản trị dữ liệu như:
• RDBMS: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
• Query Engines & Big Data: Trino, Presto, Apache Spark (Spark SQL) hoặc các hệ thống tương đương.
• NoSQL Databases.
• Graph Databases.
• Thành thạo SQL với khả năng:
• Viết và tối ưu các truy vấn phức tạp.
• Đọc và phân tích Execution Plan.
• Xử lý dữ liệu với khối lượng lớn.
• Tối ưu query và data model.
• Có kinh nghiệm với các định dạng dữ liệu phục vụ Big Data như Parquet, Avro, ORC.
• Hiểu về Partitioning, Bucketing, Indexing, Data Distribution và Query Optimization.
• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng ít nhất một ngôn ngữ lập trình phục vụ Data Engineering, ưu tiên Python.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Git và quy trình phát triển phần mềm.
