rovide accurate and timely biz reporting, dashboards, and insights to support business performance tracking and decision-making.

1. Dashboard & Performance Tracking

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance and business performance.
• Manage periodical reports and metrics to track and alert sales activities as well as business performance
• Track key metrics and highlight variances or unusual trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Support preparation of monthly reports and presentations for management review.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by stakeholders.

2. Data & Process Management

• Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure high-quality standards for data integrity and accuracy
• Conduct market research to update products trend and give initiative improvements
• Prepare and analyze data presentations for both internal and external publications
• Work closely with Sales Department to ensure the efficiency of data utilization and regulations in the sales process
• Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and files.
• Improve and automate reporting processes (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Work with relevant teams to resolve data or system issues.

3. Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Banking or its equivalent;

• Experience in SQL, PowerBI is compulsory;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude;
• Advanced Excel skill with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots;
• Preferably working in Financial & Banking institution.
