• Our client is a local company, now looking for a Cutting Manager (Garment, $1200, ID 21616)
• Oversee and direct all operations within the Cutting Department, ensuring seamless handling of production schedules, pattern preparations, markers, and material readiness.
• Formulate comprehensive cutting plans for each production batch and collaborate with related divisions (Planning, IE, QA, Sewing) to secure strictly on-time delivery.
• Supervise the complete execution of spreading, cutting, fusing, and quality inspection stages to align with specified technical and quality criteria.
• Manage fabric consumption ratios to eliminate waste, optimizing the utilization and productivity of equipment (such as manual cutting tools, band knives, automatic cutters, fusing presses, and spreading tables).
• Lead, mentor, and perform performance appraisals for a workforce of approximately 30 employees, including operators, team leaders, and supervisors.
• Enforce factory policies, occupational safety protocols, and 5S workplace standards consistently.
• Deliver systematic updates and analytical reports regarding output, material usage, quality levels, and operational progress to the Factory Manager or Production Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Age: Under 45 years old (Male / Female)
• Educational background: College degree or higher in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of equivalent managerial experience within export garment factories specializing in Woven products (blazers, jackets, skirts, dresses, etc.)
• Practical hands-on experience in operating Bulmer automatic cutting machinery.
• Good command of spoken and written English for professional daily communication.
• Strong technical background and deep expertise in garment cutting operations
