• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
• Provide technical support and customer care to mostly owners of nail salons establishments across the US.
• Receive and respond to customer's feedback.
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.
• Assist other departments within the company as needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Age: 22–35 years old
• Education: College degree or higher
• Excellent communication skills (listening and speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage (IELTS 5.5–6.5 or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of networking, including setting up routers, modems, and reserved IPs.
• Experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
• Clear and fluent speaking voice with confident communication skills.
• Strong empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Responsible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
