1. Business Development

Identify and develop new customers, including cross-border e-commerce sellers, brand owners, manufacturers, and trading companies.

Proactively source potential customers through various channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, exhibitions, and industry events.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring continuous follow-up and conversion.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify additional logistics and supply chain opportunities to expand business with current customers.

Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to increase repeat business and shipment volume.

3. Sales Performance

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Increase customers' shipment volume and overall revenue.

Develop effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.

4. Market Research & Analysis

Monitor competitors' pricing, service offerings, logistics channels, and market activities.

Analyze industry trends and changing customer demands.

Provide recommendations for service and product improvements based on market insights.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery.

Assist in resolving shipment issues, claims, compensation cases, and customer complaints to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.

Experience

• Experience in logistics, international express, freight forwarding, or cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
• Familiar with international express, air freight, sea freight, FBA first-mile, and e-commerce logistics.
• Existing customer network in cross-border e-commerce or export business is an advantage.

Professional Knowledge

• Good understanding of Amazon FBA, international shipping, customs clearance, Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP, DAP, etc.), and cross-border logistics solutions.
• Knowledge of international courier services (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and freight transportation (Air, Sea, Rail) is preferred.

Language Skills

• Basic English communication skills (email and business communication).
• Chinese proficiency is a plus.

• Willing to travel for business meetings and customer visits.
