JOB PURPOSE

• Collect and analyze financial data
• Estimate costs and compare budgets with actual costs
• Cost monitoring after significant changes in products or processes

3.1 Costing/Pricing and Analysis of Costs and Prices

a.     Total the actual costs of the company, including production costs, operating costs, and management costs.

b.    Cost analysis by each field

(production, business, human resources...) to evaluate comprehensive operational efficiency.

c.     Identify the planned cost and analyze the difference with reality.

d.    Detailed cost calculation for each product. Estimate costs and prices for existing and new products.

e.     Propose appropriate selling prices based on costs, market trends, and customer requirements.

3.2 Control of cost and price

f.     Analyze the consumption of raw materials, general production costs, etc. compared to the regulations.

g.    Manage and track detailed norms for each product type.

3.3 Optimizing Operations

h.    Track changes in production, business, or management processes to assess the impact on overall costs.

i.      Propose appropriate measures to reduce costs, increase productivity and maximize profits.

3.4 Coordination with Departments

j.      Provide pricing and expense information to departments to ensure efficient operations.

Coordinate with Sales to research, research the market, analyze competitors and industry trends in accordance with the company's characteristics.

Education / Qualifications

• Requirements to graduate from a College/University majoring in Finance, Accounting – Auditing, Business Management.
• English: Fluent with 4 skills
• Proficient in office informatics, especially excel, preferably knowing how to use ERP, Misa.

Professional Experience

• Experience in equivalent positions at manufacturing companies for 03 years or more.
• Costing and cost break down analysis.
• Operational cost assessment

(Labor, Material, Overhead)

& analysis.

• Creating internal costing reports.
• Creating customer pricing & margin summaries.
• Calculating productivity and determining operational efficiencies.
• Gross margin analysis and reporting.

Professional knowledge

Good financial analysis and related reporting skills, Cost control skills.
