Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics or a related field.

From 3-5 years experience in consumer/customer insights, market research or related role in FMCG

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.

Good in communication, proactive attitude.

A passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends.
