The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving top-line growth by leading the marketing department and business development team. This role will oversee brand strategy, customer acquisition, sales initiatives, and new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine creative marketing flair with strategic commercial acumen and team leadership skills.

Marketing and Brand Development

• Lead the strategic development and execution of brand, digital, trade, and event marketing plans.
• Build and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Oversee creative content, advertising, promotions, partnerships, and product launches.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure consistency in brand experience across all venues.

Business Development and Sales Growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (e.g. B2B partnerships, events, product placement).
• Lead the business development team to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive strategies to grow retail sales (delivery, direct-to-consumer).
• Develop and monitor performance KPIs and ROI metrics for sales and marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Manage and mentor a team of marketers and business development professionals (6–10 staff).
• Work collaboratively with the operations, brewing, and finance teams to align on business goals.
• Report regularly to the CEO and contribute to executive-level strategy planning.

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in a commercial or marketing leadership role, in F&B, retails, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in English
• Candidates with strong AI adoption skills and proven ability to establish effective management systems, processes, and performance tracking frameworks are highly preferred.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese consumer market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• A passion for craft beer, customer experience, and brand building is a strong advantage.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
