This person will be responsible for managing the collection strategy and analytics for Viet Nam

Responsibilities

• Monitor key Collection performance indicators including roll rates, collection efficiency and effectiveness. Present any findings / insights and actionable recommendations to management in a weekly regular meeting.
• Work closely with the collections team to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust collection strategies through data-driven decision-making and feedback loops.
• Work with the data science team to integrate advanced analytics into collection strategies.
• Continuously implement A/B testing for different collection strategies to determine which approaches are most effective and optimize recovery.
• Actively identify opportunities to improve Collection performance.
• Participate in new product/program launch and process change Implementation.
• Manage, Support, review and monitor a team of local Analysts and make sure they scale-up and grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections, risk management, or a related analytics role
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools (e.g.,
• SQL, Python, R, SAS)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with collection management systems and decision engines, especially in Robot-based collection methods, and segmentation methodology for effective collection strategies
• Analytical and creative problem solver, with flexibility to accommodate business needs and high attention to details
• Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment
