- Providing comprehensive legal support throughout the litigation/ complain process. Conducting detailed legal research and drafting pleadings and motions to interview witnesses and managing discovery. Being integral to constructing and substantiating legal arguments. Engaging in pre-trial negotiations, strive to settle disputes out of court, and prepare cases for trial when settlements can't be reached. Analyzing complex information quickly and developing strategic approaches that align with legal precedents and company objectives. Participate in arbitration and mediation proceedings, aiming to resolve conflicts efficiently and favorably. Ensuring that every facet of a case is handled with precision and diligence to secure the best possible outcomes for company.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in law or higher

- Male/ Female

- 3 year-experience and above, in which at least 1 year litigation-experience.

- Skill requirements: writing, research, deposition and investigation

- Understanding of procedural and substantive law, immense attention to detail, and excellent communication/ presentation/ persuasion/ debate skills to effectively advocate
