Responsible for delivering quality service to existing clients while supporting Account Managers in achieving new business and renewal targets.

The Role

• Support insurance placement and administrative activities, including data collection, quotations, comparisons, policy documents and endorsements, payment, filling, etc.

• Handle client enquiries and provide advice on insurance coverage, risks and contractual matters.

• Coordinate and resolve issues with clients, insurers and relevant stakeholders.

• Assist Account Manager in negotiating competitive renewal terms, quotations and mid-term adjustments.

• Support Account Managers for market profile, translation, presentations, insurance seminars and training activities.

• Assist Head of Department to prepare reports.

• Coordinate with Operations and Claims teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

• Follow up with Accounting on premium collection and other assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

The Requirements:

• University degree

• 2–3 years of experience or more in insurance brokers/non-life insurers; legal background is an advantage

• Strong client service mindset, proactive, results-oriented and adaptable

• Good negotiation, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
