Tuyển dụng Chief Accountant/ Accounting Manager tại Long An

• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records by recording financial transactions in journals, ledgers, and supporting schedules in a timely manner.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to facilitate annual audits and ensure timely completion of statutory reporting requirements.

• Establish, maintain, and monitor effective internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the accuracy of financial information.

• Conduct periodic reviews, reconciliations, and internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Oversee inventory accounting by conducting monthly stock counts, inventory audits, and material consumption reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.

• Manage product costing activities, including verification of Work-in-Progress (WIP), overhead allocations, standard costing, and actual costing records.

• Perform actual versus standard costing analyses, investigate variances, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and operational performance.

• Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes to ensure timely collections, payments, and effective working capital management.

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support management decision-making and business planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity of the company's accounting records and financial reporting by maintaining full compliance with Vietnamese accounting regulations, statutory requirements, and internal company policies.

• Lead all tax compliance activities, including the preparation, filing, and finalization of VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, and other applicable taxes, while proactively managing tax risks and regulatory changes.

• Serve as the primary liaison with internal departments, Head Office, external auditors, regulatory authorities, tax offices, banks, and other external parties to ensure efficient financial operations and compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

• Chief Accountant Certificate required.

• Professional qualification of either ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is an advantage.

• Minimum 5-6 years of accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, statutory reporting, and internal controls.

• Experience in a manufacturing and/or multinational company environment is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
