Category Sales (Merchandiser - Export Hardline Finishing Goods - Chinese & English Speaking)

1. Develop product strategies through market research

• Use tools like Seller Genie to Conduct Marketing Surveys by using 卖家精灵 or AI tools.

• Analyze WM Luminate data and modular sales performance to define the annual Line Review (LR) strategy direction.

• Work with MKT/Sourcing team to collect products information from various retailers’ modular, conduct Compshop reviews, and perform modular analysis.

2. Annual Major events Planning

• Annual Line Review: Formulating and initiating annual product line review strategies

• Annual Q4 Holiday Feature: Strategic planning for promotional products

• Buy Trip: SO (Sales team) / Buyer itinerary planning and coordination

3. New Product Development (NPD) Initiation

• Launched new product development projects with SO (Seles team)/MD (sourcing team)/ PD (Design team)

• Collaborate with MD (Sourcing team)and Marketing teams to conduct competitor store (Compshop) research and modular analysis, identify and consolidate product development directions, and develop PPT presentations to support business decisions

4. Buy Trip Plan

• Accompany SO team (Sales team) on trade shows and factory visits, and develop detailed itineraries, including agenda discussions, trip planning, flight and hotel bookings, and preparation of factory visit materials.

• Organize and host line review kickoff meeting (meeting application, PPT creation, meeting minutes, follow-up)

• Attend buy trip meetings and record meeting recaps, communicate customer feedback and follow up on progress.

5. Support the MD team Sourcing team) in the management of APAC suppliers and factories.

• Monitor and manage factory capacity, quality performance, social compliance audits, and corrective action implementation.

• Drive on-time delivery performance through lead-time management, order fulfillment tracking, customer complaint handling, and claim management.

• Conduct regular factory visits across the APAC region to assess operational performance and mitigate supply chain risks.

• Familiar with the hand tools and hardware industry.

• Must be more than 5 years trading experience for US market.

• Knowledgeable in international trade processes,

• Good communication both English & Chinese

• Experienced in key account management, preferably with major retail chain and mass merchant customers
