• Audition Logistics: Coordinate administrative tasks, venue leasing, and setups for international casting calls.
• Database Management: Oversee the primary casting system, archiving user profiles and skill tags.
• Applicant Vetting: Manage initial resume filtering, video screening, and candidate communication timelines.
• Documentation Support: Archive essential artistic records, portfolio submissions, and digital showcase files.
• Media Outreach: Publish casting updates via social media and industry job boards to drive volume.
• Schedule Coordination: Manage complex global calendars and multi-timezone travel itineraries for talent.
• Onboarding Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for selected talent during their relocation, medical clearance, and initial arrival phases.

• Hyper-Organization: Outstanding ability to process hundreds of data profiles daily without dropping communication threads.

• Key Requirements
• Experience: 3-5 years in talent database coordination, HR recruitment, or entertainment administration.
• System Competency: Advanced operational skill in handling Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
• Organization: Confirmed capacity to process massive flows of applicant data and media portfolios.
• Communication Style: High cultural sensitivity and clear verbal/written English communication habits.
