• Drive volumes and profitability for the trade lane through well-articulated and achievable action plans and associated processes.

• Actively identify, secure, and grow new business prospects.

• Identify and address areas of improvement to optimize volumes and profitability.

• Identify growth opportunities for new lanes, working closely with countries to ensure optimal pricing practices and the timely establishment of services.

• Collaborate with the extended sales teams to identify key opportunities in the pipeline, including active participation in the RFQ process.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Trade Lane Sales strategy, conducting periodic conference calls with all relevant stakeholders.

• To achieve revenue generation, profit, and expense objectives for the specific trade lane.

• Provide weekly / monthly Sales status reports to management, including volume and income variances.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Candidate must possess 5 to 7 years of direct / co-load sales hunting role.

• Minimum of a Degree in any related field.

• Possess Air & Ocean freight sales knowledge.

• Able to manage the sales team, strategy, and overall performance.

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in acquiring new customers.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving results and delivering value.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with logistics management software is a plus.

• Ability to understand, analyze and communicate complex data to internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese,
