• Conduct contact center and voice solution requirements gathering and develop options and alternatives
• Provide pre-project consulting to the business and recommend appropriate solutions to solve business problems about Contact Center/Voice infrastructure
• Implement, configure and maintain all Contact Center/Voice systems such as VoIP PBX systems
• Develop solutions with IT Develop team for the corporate architectural standards, best practices for Contact Center/Voice infrastructure
• Provide regional and global support for request management process for Contact Center/Voice infrastructure

Your Skills and Experience

• University graduate in Telecommunications, IT or related majors with 5 year of experience
• Knowledge and/or Certification Contact Center and Unified Communication solutions
• Experience as a technical for VoIP telephony projects: Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk, ...
• Experience in deploying at least 3 contact centers ( more than 50 agents)
• Experience with Cloud Contact Center technologies, Omni-channel Contact Center, Unified Communication
• Experience working with telcos to provision SIP trunks for VoIP
• Experience in integration solutions with business software as CRM, Workforce Optimization, Workforce Management, ...
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with other services, end-users and management
• Able to work independently or team work, research new technologies
• Experience with Session Border Controllers, ISDN, GSM Gateway is a plus
• Experience with troubleshooting SIP Trunking issues with telcos is a plus
• Good technical knowledge and experience with network and infrastructure components: DHCP, DNS, WAN/LAN topologies, firewall is a plus
