1/ Buyer

- 负责电子元器件、包装材料、塑胶五金、工厂耗材等物料采购工作。

Responsible for purchasing electronic components, packaging materials, plastic & hardware parts and factory consumables.

- 下达采购PO订单，严格管控交期、到货品质，跟进对账、发票及付款流程。

Issue purchase orders (PO), strictly control lead time and incoming quality, and follow up account reconciliation, invoices and payment procedures.

- 处理来料不良、延迟到货、短装破损等异常，主导退换货、索赔及改善落 地。

Handle non-conforming goods, delivery delay, shortage and damage issues; lead return, replacement, claim and improvement actions.

- 统计采购数据、交期达成率、品质良率，输出月度采购分析报表。

Analyze purchasing data, on-time delivery rate and quality yield rate, and prepare monthly purchasing analysis reports.

2/Material Control

- 根据生产排程制定物料需求计划，核对BOM、物料损耗，精准核算物料需求量。

Develop material requirement plan based on production schedule, verify BOM and material consumption data.

- 跟进物料到货进度、交期、异常，提前预警缺料风险，保障产线不断料。

Monitor material delivery status and lead time, prevent production line shutdown due to material shortage

- 管控原料、半成品、成品库存，定期盘点，控制库存水位，降低呆滞、报废物料。

Manage raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory, conduct regular stock take, reduce slow-moving and dead stock.

- 处理来料异常、欠料、延料、替换料等物料问题，协调采购与供应商解决。

Handle material delay, shortage and material replacement issues, coordinate with purchasing and suppliers.

- 制作周/月物料报表、库存分析、用料分析，跟进物料周转效率。

Prepare weekly and monthly material reports, inventory analysis and material turnover data.

- 配合出货计划，核对成品物料齐套性，保障订单顺利出货。

Ensure material completeness for shipment and customer order delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc

1/ Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade and Business Administration are preferred.

2/ At least 1 year Purchasing or Material Control experience in manufacturing industry.

3/ Familiar with the purchasing process of electronic materials, packaging materials and auxiliary materials, and understand factory supply chain operation.

4/ Familiar with BOM, SAP system and advanced Excel skills

5/ Good ability in business negotiation, cost analysis and risk control.

6/ Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong principles, able to work under pressure with high professionalism.

7/ Good at English & Chinese for daily business contact.
