Position Objective

Deliver BPO services for Australian customers, using data and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency. The role involves understanding customer workflows, managing day-to-day operations, analysing data and identifying opportunities to optimise processes through automation and digital tools. Working closely with customers and internal teams, the position applies technical and analytical skills to solve practical business problems and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process & Automation

• Understand customer workflows, systems and business requirements.
• Analyse processes to identify bottlenecks, unnecessary manual work, errors and opportunities for improvement.
• Build, maintain and improve practical automation solutions using Python, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps and other relevant tools.
• Test and troubleshoot solutions to ensure they are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Document improved processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency and increase productivity.

Data & Reporting

• Process and maintain customer data across business systems and platforms.
• Check data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, and resolve discrepancies.
• Use Excel, Power BI and other tools to analyse data and produce clear business reports.
• Identify data issues and trends that may require further investigation or action.

Client Operations & Communication

• Deliver day-to-day business processes in line with customer requirements and agreed workflows.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues and provide updates.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other business outputs as required.
• Manage priorities to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Training, Security & Compliance

• Follow MyTeam and customer requirements for data security, confidentiality and system access.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Complete relevant training and keep knowledge of tools and processes up to date.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, International Business or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of Python, Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI or similar tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
• Strong customer service mindset, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering reliable, responsive support.
