- In charge Incubation Team, growing the large-scale portfolio of SMB Merchant;

- Responsible for guiding development and ensuring KPI implementation of the Business Development team for ShopeeFood’s products and services;

- Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term;

- Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the set goals;

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of business activities;

- Responsible for managing, recruiting, and training the business development team;

- Regularly update business information of product categories and food trends of the market with team members;

- Prepare reports as required for management team;

- Perform other tasks as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or above majoring in: Business Administration, Marketing, …

- At least 03 years of experience in Sales, have connection with restaurant chains/brands in the F&B market.

- Prefer candidates with experience in business development in the field of E-commerce, E-wallet.

- Passion for business.

- Able to work under high pressure

- Agility, adaptability and good teamwork

- Good management, negotiation and presentation skills.

- High sense of responsibility at work.

- Proficient in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Search, process, analyze information and make decisions.
