Tuyển dụng Business Development Executive – Ocean Freight tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect, approach, and acquire new customers to expand the company's customer base and generate new business.
• Identify business opportunities, convert prospects into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive customer retention and repeat business.
• Market Information & Transportation Solutions: Provide timely updates on ocean freight rates, vessel schedules, space availability and market trends.
• Develop competitive, cost-effective shipping solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams to provide suitable freight quotations and routing options.
• Order Follow-up & Coordination: Follow up on customer orders from quotation and booking to shipment completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Procurement and Operations and external parties such as shipping lines, factories, overseas agents and third-party service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues promptly and keep customers updated.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College diploma or above.
• 3–5 years of ocean freight sales experience, with knowledge of ocean freight operations and proven customer acquisition experience.
• Native Vietnamese speaker; good working proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus.
• Ambitious, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
