Booking Clerk (Freight Forwarding)

Handling booking requests from customers and shipping partners.
Executing bookings for cargo on ocean transportation routes.
Monitoring and managing cargo transportation activities from origin to destination.
Processing documents and necessary procedures related to cargo transportation.
Resolving issues related to bookings and handling booking procedures.
Close interaction with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
Maintaining and developing relationships with shipping lines.
Graduated from university/college in Logistics/International Business field.
At least 2 years experience in booking with shipping lines
Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and careful handling of documents and information.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel & Outlook, and online booking systems.
