About the Role

We are building Web3 products—primarily on EVM and TON, with expansions into Solana, Tron, and Bitcoin—alongside Telegram Mini Apps (TMAs) designed for a large user base. You will serve as the bridge between our products and the blockchain. Your primary focus will be backend development and blockchain integration, with additional involvement in developing frontend components for our TMAs.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & Blockchain Integration (Primary Focus)

• Design and develop backend services using TypeScript (Node.js / NestJS) with a focus on blockchain integration—specifically EVM (Ethereum, BSC, Base, etc.) and TON, with plans to expand to Solana, Tron, and Bitcoin.
• Build wallet and transaction workflows: wallet creation, transaction construction/signing/broadcasting, fee estimation, nonce/seqno management, and retry logic.
• Develop listeners/indexers to track on-chain events (deposits, withdrawals, token transfers, contract events). Handle confirmations, chain reorganizations (reorgs), idempotency, and balance reconciliation.
• Integrate standard token protocols: ERC-20/721 (EVM), Jetton/NFT (TON), and eventually SPL, TRC-20, and BTC UTXO.
• Interact with smart contracts (read/write operations, event decoding, ABI/TL-B parsing).
• Ensure system security: manage private keys, implement hot/cold wallet separation, prevent double-spending and replay attacks, enforce rate limiting, and maintain audit logs.

Telegram Mini Apps (TMA)

• Develop TMAs using React and TypeScript, leveraging the Telegram WebApp SDK and Bot API.
• Integrate TON Connect and various wallet adapters; perform server-side validation of `initData`.
• Optimize performance and user experience specifically for the Telegram mobile webview environment.

General

• Participate in architectural design, code reviews, writing tests, and creating technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deploy features to production.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 1 year working on actual blockchain projects.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js; experience with NestJS or Express.
• Practical experience integrating EVM or TON in a production environment (experience with both is a significant advantage). Proficient with ethers/viem and/or @ton/ton, @ton/core, and TON Center/TON API.
• Deep understanding of the underlying blockchain architecture: EVM (gas, nonce, event logs) or TON (asynchronous messaging, seqno, bounce, Jetton wallets); familiar with concepts like finality and confirmations.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Redis, and message queues (e.g., BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Capable of building high-quality frontends using React for the development of Telegram Mini Apps (TMA).
• Proficient in Git and Docker; strong mindset regarding security and error handling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Solana, Tron, or Bitcoin (@solana/web3.js, TronWeb, bitcoinjs-lib) and an understanding of the UTXO model.
• Knowledge of Go or Rust.
• Experience writing smart contracts: Solidity (EVM/Tron), FunC/Tact/Tolk (TON), or Rust/Anchor (Solana).
• Experience developing Telegram Mini Apps (TMA) or Telegram Bots with a large user base.
• Experience with MPC wallets, HSM/KMS, custody solutions, or operating your own nodes/RPCs and indexers.
• Understanding of smart contract auditing and common vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, front-running).
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes.

A portfolio of open-source projects or on-chain work (e.g., deployed smart contracts, GitHub repositories).
