Role description

• Receive and manage on-site video data that has been automatically processed into 360° panoramic imagery.
• Ensure precise alignment and integration between real site imagery, 2D drawings, and 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) models.
• Export and deliver high-quality final output data to customers on schedule.
• Experience in PC-based general office work and data / document management (mandatory)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's or associate degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related technical field — or work experience at a company in those fields
• Able to pick up new software and web-based tools / viewers quickly and apply them to work immediately
• Experience with 3D modeling and BIM tools (entry-level applicants welcome)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly in a team-based environment

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints written in English
  
  Personal equipment requirements

  Candidates must meet or exceed the following specifications.

  macOS

• 8-core GPU, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD

  Windows

• Intel Core i7-13650HX, NVIDIA RTX 4060, 512 GB SSD

• (minimum 32 GB RAM and a dedicated / discrete graphics card are mandatory)

  Internet

• Wired Ethernet connection, or a high-performance Wi-Fi router capable of approximately 100 Mbps

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Basic salary: 11,000,000 VND
• Equipment allowance: 1,000,000 VND
• Meal allowance: 500,000 VND
• Night shift allowance: +30% of salary for hours between 22:00 and 06:00 (night shift: 2,933,333 VND; afternoon/morning shift: 825,000 VND)
• Monthly performance bonus: 300,000 – 1,000,000 VND
• 13th-month salary and year-end performance bonus
• Annual salary increment
• Health and Unemployment Insurance coverage based on 100% of basic salary after the 2-month probation period
• 12 days of paid leave per year, calculated from the start of the probation period
