About the Position

CP Paper is looking for a B2B Sales Executive – Chinese Speaking to join our Sales team and develop new business opportunities, particularly with customers in the industrial sector.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in B2B Sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with Chinese-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing B2B customers.

- Identify and approach potential customers based on business strategies and targets.

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery terms and other commercial conditions.

- Handle customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to provide appropriate solutions.

- Monitor sales activities and customer development progress.

- Prepare sales reports and analyze business data as required.

- Perform other related tasks assigned by the Sales Manager and Management.

Requirements

Must Have

- College degree or above; no specific major required.

- At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably with experience in new customer acquisition and business development.

- Good command of either Chinese or English, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with customers in a business environment.

- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills.

- Proactive, result-oriented, persistent, and responsible.

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams.

Nice to Have

- For Chinese-speaking candidates: HSK 5 or above, or a degree in Chinese Language, Business Chinese, or a related field.

- Experience in paper, packaging, raw materials, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors.

- Experience working with international customers, particularly Chinese-speaking or English-speaking customers.

- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, commercial terms, and customer relationship management.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: VND 15,000,000 – 25,000,000/month

- Attractive KPI bonus – Total monthly income up to VND 40,000,000 based on sales performance
