We are seeking a strategic and visionary Product lead to spearhead the initiatives for Zing MP3. This role demands a blend of analytical acumen and creative thinking to drive product strategy, enhance user engagement, and deliver the best experience for users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product features with our overall business objectives and ensure Zing MP3 remains a leader in the digital music space.

• Lead the ideation and launch of innovative products;
• Drive product development with a team of dynamic and talented engineers and designers;
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction;
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products;
• Understand Zing MP3’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as the best in the industry;
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business, or relevant roles in the IT industry with proven track record of overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle;
• Demonstrated ability to achieve business KPIs with strong business acumen and product mindset;
• Ability to plan and execute research in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and product management;
• Passion for the media entertainment industry;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills;
• Proficient in logical thinking and adept at problem-solving.
